New personalization and design tools for email campaigns
Zenchef’s email campaign editor now supports dynamic personalization variables, letting restaurants address each guest by name (using their first name, last name, civility, or email) to make every campaign feel tailored and personal. New design tools include text-style hyperlinks you can add anywhere in campaign copy, a responsive 2-column layout that automatically stacks to a single column on mobile, and a “View in browser” link so guests can access the full campaign even if their email client has trouble displaying it. Available on web. These improvements make it faster to build campaigns that look polished, feel one-to-one, and reach every guest — driving more repeat visits with every send.
